Assignment - 9 Article on Improving Effecency of Profession.

                This is the right time to improve our ownselves. Because of Covid - 19 , now we have lot of time to improve our self.  There is commonly saying that teachers are always be like students until they teach. Because without prepare ourself we can't teach effectively to the students.If we want to become the best teachers, first we have to upgrade and uptodate ourself. 

                Now a days we have so many tools and techniques to develop or improve in any field.Now we have the most powerful technology with us.If we use it properly without failing we can learn anything and improve ourself.

                TOOLS OR TECHNOLOGIES TO IMPROVE EFFECENCY IN TEACHING METHODS.

                Technology based learning:  In this time we can use technology effectively and improve ourself by getting lot of information through laptop, smart phones by using internet and some certain apps and websites.

                Online training :  Through online training and meeting also we can develop our knowledge.

                Prepare TLM's  : In this time we can prepare our own TLM's. By getting knowledge and information through websites, trainings, our colleagues etc.

                Watching YOUTUBE and ONLINE EDUCATIONAL Programmes  : We can also use this time in watching some important videos which are related to our subjects and also some important online educational programmes to improve our knowledge.

                Reading books  : We can also use this time in reading some good books to regarding to improve our knowledge and also get needy information both for teaching and also for our own personality development and also be uptodate our self in this competative era.

                Improve teaching methods  :  We can also improve our teaching methods in classrooms.By try to use  ICt classes. And  better use of projectors and laptops and also create our own audio and videos.

                Discussing with Experts and Resource Persons  : We can also discuss with experts and RP's to develop or improve our teaching methods and get more knowledge and be uptodate with our subject and try to use some important  possible tricks and techniques in our profession.

                Connecting with Students through Whatsapp and phone contact  : We can also create groups and make sure that students be in that group and try to share audio and video and some notes which are related to our subject and also helpful for the students. And also be contact with students to ask their performance in watching DD Chandana and also other useful websites and also precautions in take care of their health during in this Covid - 19.

                Like this we can improve our effecency in our profession in this valuable and peak time. and as posible as try to better use this time. And be an effecient teacher.
